PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (AP) - A New Hampshire ceremony has honored 26 men and women from 15 countries who have become new citizens.

They took the oath of allegiance Thursday during a naturalization ceremony in Portsmouth. The group sang “America the Beautiful” and watched a video message from President Barack Obama.

Some of the countries they came from include Kenya, Nepal, Pakistan and Germany.
