A sniper with a highly accurate eye has shot and killed six Taliban militants in Afghanistan — with a single bullet — various media reported.

The unnamed star shooter is a 20-year-old lance corporal in the Coldstream Guards in Britain, The Telegraph reported.

How he killed six with a single shot is the stuff of Hollywood action movies: He set in his sights the suicide bomber’s trigger switch, The Blaze reported.

Then he hit it, from 930 yards, and exploded all six of them with a single shot.

“Lt. Col. Richard Slack, commanding officer of 9/12 Royal Lancers, said the unnamed sharpshooter prevented a major attack by the Taliban, as a second suicide vest packed with 44 pounds of explosives was found nearby,” The Telegraph reported.

The shooting took place in December, but the sniper’s shot is only becoming public now.

Lt. Col. Slack told The Telegraph: “The guy was wearing a vest. He was identified by the sniper moving down a tree line and coming up over a ditch. He had a shawl on. It rose up and the sniper saw he had a machine gun. They were in contact and he was moving to a firing position. The sniper engaged him and the guy exploded. There was a pause on the radio and the sniper said, ’I think I’ve just shot a suicide bomber.’ The rest of them were killed in the blast.”

That same sniper was also previously credited with killing a machine-gunner with the Taliban from 1,465 yards — his first shot on his first official tour of duty, The Blaze reported.
