Former NBA star Dennis Rodman returned from a visit with his self-described lifelong buddy, North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, this weekend and promptly let slip a closely guarded secret about the dictator’s baby — her name.

The Guardian in London reported that Mr. Rodman referred to his “relaxing time by the sea” with Mr. Kim and his wife, Ri Sol Ju.

He then told The Guardian: “I held their baby Ju Ae and spoke with Ms. Ri as well.

North Korean press wouldn’t even confirm last year that the dictator and his wife were expecting a baby. North Koreans, moreover, are kept in the dark about most leading family secrets. They don’t know the age of Mr. Kim or what type of activities his family engages in on a daily basis, CNN reported.

Mr. Rodman, 52, also described Mr. Kim as a “good dad.”
