Vice President Joseph R. Biden’s niece has been taken into police custody in New York City.
Caroline Biden is being questioned for a dispute at her Tribeca apartment, police said Tuesday, The Associated Press reported.
Charges are pending against the 26-year-old after she reportedly confronted officers during an argument between her and her roommate, AP said.
The vice president’s office declined to comment, AP reported.
