Delaware announced its first successful enrollment into the Obamacare marketplace on Tuesday.

The Weekly Standard reported that Department of Health and Social Service officials declared Janice Baker, 59, of Selbyville as taking the first-timer honors. Other news outlets said it only took her seven hours to enroll.

Miss Baker told the Associated Press she began to look on the health exchanges on Oct. 1. She spent hours trying, both on the phone and online, but to no avail.

She finally achieved success when she cleared her computer’s browsing history, cookies and other stored data, the San Francisco Gate reported.

The AP said several officials in the state were celebrating at the news, but did not specify what forms those celebrations took.
