Britain Prime Minister David Cameron revealed his frustration Wednesday about his inability to grow a mustache for the “Movember” cancer awareness campaign.

Other prime minsters are participating to help raise awareness for prostate and testicular cancer in the annual month-long event where men grow out their facial hair, the Associated Press reported.

Mr. Cameron praised lawmakers taking part in the campaign during Wednesday’s session, noting “a number of my colleagues suddenly resembling banditos and others on these benches,” AP said.

Mr. Cameron said growing a mustache isn’t something he’s “fully capable of myself.”

“I’m jealous on those grounds as well,” he said, the Belfast Telegraph reported. “But this is important — better diagnoses, better knowledge, better information, are all vital to beat prostate cancer.”
