Former NBA star Dennis Rodman, who has visited North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang, has been named GQ’s No. 1 least influential celebrity of 2013.

GQ called the Hall of Famer a “Q-list celebrity willing to commit borderline treason just to hang out with a dictator who himself aspires to be a Q-list celebrity,” The Associated Press reported.

Mr. Rodman is preparing to take a trip again to North Korea for an exhibition basketball tour late next month.

The GQ list also included disgraced New York politician Anthony Weiner, twerking singer Miley Cyrus and celebrity chef Paula Deen.

President Obama came in at No. 17 because “nothing gets done,” the AP reported.
