An off-duty New York cop was among four bikers who pleaded not guilty Wednesday to attacking a driver in front of his family in September.

Wojceich Braszczok is charged with gang assault, criminal mischief and rioting, among others charges, in the Sept. 29 attack on Alexander Lien, CNN reported.

Footage of the incident recorded from another biker’s helmet shows Mr. Lien being chased at high speeds by the gang after he initially bumped one of them during a biker rally, the report said.

His vehicle was surrounded by several bikers, and Mr. Lien called 911. The video shows him driving away and injuring one of the bikers.

Mr. Lien’s SUV got caught in traffic, and that’s when bikers began punching in the vehicle’s windows. He was dragged out of the car and beaten while his wife and 2-year-old daughter watched in horror.

The father was treated and later released from a hospital.

Prosecutors say Mr. Braszczok is on video allegedly punching and kicking in the rear window of the family’s SUV, CNN reported.
