Actor Alec Baldwin is accused of threatening a photographer outside his apartment building with a gay slur on Thursday.

The incident, captured on a video posted by TMZ, happened shortly after he won a court case against a woman accused of stalking him.

In the video, Mr. Baldwin chases off another paparazzo before chastising the photographer for getting too close to a parked vehicle with his wife and child inside.

“Get away from my kid with the camera. You know what’s going to happen to you, don’t you? Come on!” Mr. Baldwin is heard yelling before allegedly uttering the slur.

The former “30 Rock” star, who now hosts MSNBC’s “Up Late,” came under fire in July for referring to a reporter from the Daily Mail as a “toxic little queen” after the reporter claimed Mr. Baldwin’s wife was tweeting while attending actor James Gandolfini’s funeral.
