OPINION:
The entire premise of Obamacare is fundamentally based upon the progressive and socialist concept that health care is a right. If that concept is correct, then it logically follows that life itself is also a right. However, the former totally contradicts the latter based upon the liberal mindset. In the final analysis, any health care legislation built upon a flawed and false premise is doomed to failure, and Obamacare is such a wrongful tort. President Obama’s attempt to leave a legacy is a total and unequivocal failure.
