Signature touchdown celebrations have been all the rage in the NFL in recent years — and now Michelle Obama is getting in on the act.

The first lady, upon meeting the San Francisco 49ers’ Colin Kaepernick, posed with the quarterback for a photo while mimicking his famous post-touchdown bicep kiss, or “Kaepernicking,” which he quickly posted online.

“I got the opportunity to meet one of the greatest women in the world, the first lady @first_Obama and even got her #Kaepernicking” he tweeted Tuesday.

Kaepernick himself began striking the pose during the 49ers’ playoff victory over the Green Bay Packers in January. The move caught on so quickly that he filed to trademark it two days later.

The trend came in the wake of “Tebowing” — dropping to one knee and looking to the ground in solemn prayer — a national craze sparked by polarizing NFL quarterback Tim Tebow.
