Police arrested a Disneyland worker who’s believed to be tied to the trash can explosion that left theme park tourists fleeing earlier this week.

Christian Barnes, 22, a Long Beach resident and vendor at Disneyland, was arrested and charged with possessing a destructive device, CNN reported. His bail was set at $1 million.

Nobody was injured in the explosion that hit the section of Disneyland known as Mickey’s Toontown. But the blast shut down the park section for several hours — and stunned visitors.

“It was very tense at the moment it happened because you don’t expect to hear that sound at Toontown,” said one park visitor, Allen Wolf, in the CNN report.

Investigators identified a plastic bottle filled with dry ice as the cause of the blast, CNN said.
