North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is vowing to hit specific points on America’s mainland: Washington, Los Angeles - and Austin, Texas.

He’s also promised to strike Hawaii, Guam and South Korea, Fox News reports.

The portly Kim, projected to be about 30 years old, “convened an urgent operation meeting” of his high command to plot military actions against the U.S. and South Korea in the latest round of bellicose rhetoric.

Kim insisted “the time has come to settle accounts with the U.S. imperialists in view of the prevailing situation,” the North’s official Korean Central News Agency reported, according to the Associated Press.

The latest threats came Friday, when the dictator warned he would “settle accounts with the U.S.” for deploying B-2 stealth bombers for a training exercise with South Korea on Thursday, Fox News says.

Photographs released by North Korean state-run media on Friday showed the leader signing what was purported to be an order that put rockets at the ready to fire at the identified U.S. targets, Fox News reported.

Displayed in the rear of the photo was a chart with this title: “U.S. mainland strike plan.” The chart showed the locations Washington, L.A., Austin and Hawaii, Fox News said.
