Hillary Rodham Clinton used to pass out signed copies of her autobiography to dignitaries who visited during her tenure as secretary of state.
That’s according to a new book, “The Secretary,” chronicling Mrs. Clinton’s State Department role. Mrs. Clinton was frequently pressed to visit the nations of those who visited her office, The Daily Caller reports. But she didn’t make promises; rather, she gave them copies of her book.
“No promises were made and most visitors left with a signed copy of Hillary’s autobiography, ’Living History,’” wrote author Kim Ghattas.
The Daily Caller says Ms. Ghattas doesn’t make clear whether Mrs. Clinton offered the book on request — or if she provided it absent request.
