An Ohio DJ has alleged Justin Bieber spit in his face at a nightclub over the weekend, after the pop star thought the man was taking pictures of him.

The DJ, who was performing at the Social Room on Park Street in Columbus, called WNCI radio to explain the incident.

“Two of Bieber’s bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures of Bieber,” he said, adding that they grabbed his phone to look for photos of the singer.

The bouncer didn’t find any photos, but the DJ claims the bouncer told Bieber he was taking photos anyway.

Justin approached him moments later, TMZ reported.

“He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something and spit in my face,” he said.

The DJ told TMZ that he plans on filing charges. He’s also been tested for hepatitis, but tested negative.

It’s not the first time the 19-year-old has been accused of spitting. The singer’s neighbor in Calabasas, Calif., made the same allegation when he confronted Justin about speeding.

A source close to Mr. Bieber told TMZ: “Everything’s been going really well on the tour and it’s just really sad that someone would copycat others’ baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves.”
