Mitt Romney will be the featured speaker at a fundraiser next month in New Hampshire, marking the failed White House candidate’s first political revenue-raising event since the 2012 election cycle.

He’s to headline an Aug. 6 gathering near his home on Lake Winnipesaukee, with monies set to go to the state Republican Party, The Hill reported.

Tickets start at $100 per person.

“New Hampshire has always been a special place for Gov. Romney. It’s the state where he launched his presidential campaign, where he spends time with his family every summer, and it’s a place where he will always have many friends and loyal supporters,” said N.H. Republican Party chairwoman Jennifer Horn, in The Hill.

Mr. Romney served as host for two state Republican Party political fundraisers in 2008 and 2012.
