Sen. Marco Rubio’s water-sipping moment has raised some serious cash for his political action committee.

Since the State of the Union speech, Mr. Rubio’s Reclaim America PAC has raised more than $100,000 on sales of 3,450 water bottles, ABC reported. The water bottle are white and have “RUBIO” emblazoned in red. They are gifts to those who donate at least $25, ABC reports.

“Send the liberal detractors a message that not only does Marco Rubio inspire you … he hydrates you, too,” the donation request reads, according to ABC.

Mr. Rubio received nationwide attention for his sip of water during the Republican response to the State of the Union. The satire TV show “Saturday Night Live” even spoofed the moment. Mr. Rubio’s largely tossed off the criticisms.

“God has a funny way of reminding us we’re human,” he said, during a recent appearance on “Good Morning America.”
