A forensic team has converged on Olympian “Blade Runner” Oscar Pistorius’s home, uncovering further details that counter initial theories that he shot and killed his celebrity model girlfriend by accident, under the impression she was an intruder.

Reeva Steenkamp’s body was found at the runner’s Pretoria, South Africa, gated-community home on Thursday morning. She had been shot four times; a 9-mm pistol was found at the scene, Sky News reports.

Investigators say she was shot through a closed bathroom door, Newser reports.

Meanwhile, neighbors have reported hearing loud arguing from Mr. Pistorius’s home, just past midnight — just a few hours before she was shot and killed, according to Newser. Police were called to the scene to investigate the argument; around 4 a.m, neighbors then reported the sound of gunfire, according to Sky News.

Prosecutors are going to charge Mr. Pistorius with premeditated murder, various media reported Friday.
