Six people were arrested for drunken driving and at least 72 others were fined as drivers took a caravan through the streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico, to honor “Fast & Furious” star Paul Walker, police said.

The caravan to honor Mr. Walker, who died Saturday in a fiery car wreck in California, created massive traffic jams across San Juan on Tuesday night, The Associated Press reported.

In 2010, the actor traveled to the island’s capital to film the movie’s fifth installment, AP said.

Police traffic coordinator Jorge Hernandez told reporters Wednesday that drivers closed down a tunnel in San Juan and a bridge near Puerto Rico’s main international airport.
