Judge Jeanine Pirro didn’t hold back during her opening statement Saturday night when she lashed into Zubeidat Tsarnaev — the mother of Boston Marathon bombing suspects Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
“We should not be required to breathe the same air as you, we should not be required to share the indignity of your presence,” Judge Pirro said in a direct statement to the woman now being dubbed as “Jihad Mom.”
“We opened our arms to them,” Judge Pirro said about the Tsarnaev family. “Showered them with food, and money, and housing, and education and all the freedoms of American citizens. And look at how they were paid.”
The network then showed images of the chaos that ensued during the marathon bombings, followed by a CNN phone interview with Mrs. Tsarnaev, where she declared she didn’t care if her youngest son or if she died, she “will say Allahu Akbar.”
Mrs. Tsarnaev has also made comments that America should have protected her family, but instead it took her sons away from her.
“America took your sons from you?” Judge Pirro asked, dumbfounded. “They killed Americans! They injured more than 200 — blinded, deafened and blew the legs and arms off of innocent civilians, turning the city of Boston into a lockdown war zone of casualties, amputees and a future of post-traumatic stress — and America should protect you? Your sons killed us!

“We’re the ones who needed the protection and you asked, ’Why did I even go there?’ ” the judge asked angrily. “I’ll tell you why. You came to suck the fat of our land. To take our money, to educate your terrorist sons, to steal from us, to go on public assistance to get housing and food stamps, all while you drive your Mercedes Benz.”
She pointed out that neither sons are employed and yet had the means to travel back and forth to the country they sought asylum from, scolding Gov. Deval Patrick’s decision to not “reveal what kind of taxpayer assistance Tamerlan got on grounds of privacy.”
“Privacy? What privacy? Governor, you take our money and give it to this guy, and you want to protect his privacy? You want to protect his rights?” she asked. “He’s dead. He’s a terrorist. He has no rights. But it’s OK to invade my privacy and publish my name and where I live on an interactive map, because I am a lawful gun owner.”
