Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi is the most well-known of the four congressional leaders, a new poll from Gallup found. But she’s also the least-liked.

Forty-eight percent of Americans perceive Ms. Pelosi unfavorable, Gallup reported. Only 31 percent view her favorably, and her overall -17 score tops the list for the four congressional leaders.

Second for least-liked? Her Senate colleague, Democratic Majority Leader Harry Reid, with a net negative score of -11, Gallup reported.

Next in line come the Republicans. House Majority Leader John Boehner scored -10 on the net numbers for least-liked, followed by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, at -8, Gallup found.

Ms. Pelosi also leads in another survey ranking — for most polarizing. She’s topped in that category for a while. Gallup rated the leaders on polarization in 2010 and found Ms. Pelosi took the award then, also.
