NEW YORK (AP) — Historian and author Robert Caro has won yet another award.

Mr. Caro’s latest Lyndon Johnson book, “The Passage of Power,” has received the Mark Lynton History prize. Mr. Caro, whose many honors in the past 40 years have included the Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Award, will receive $10,000.

On Thursday, Columbia University announced two other honors. Andrew Solomon has won the J. Anthony Lukas Book Prize, named for the late author and journalist, for “Far From the Tree: Parents, Children, and the Search for Identity.”

Beth Lacy has won the J. Anthony Lukas Work-in-Progress Award for a book she is writing about the struggles of a furniture maker in Virginia.

Mr. Solomon will receive $10,000; Ms. Lacy, $30,000.
