The man who voiced the original Charlie Brown character in the classic “Peanuts” cartoon pled guilty Wednesday to threatening and stalking both his ex-girlfriend and a plastic surgeon who gave her a breast enhancement he paid for.

Peter Robbins, 56, could get up to three years in prison at his sentencing next month, according to City News Service.

Prosecutors say the defendant called his ex-girlfriend as many as 37 times in one day and threatened to kill her and her son if she didn’t return his car and dog, The Daily Mail reports. They allege he made similar threats to the plastic surgeon and demanded a full refund for the surgery after he and his ex broke up.

Mr. Robbins played the voice of Charlie Brown in “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown.”
