It is becoming increasingly apparent that the Obama campaign is gravely concerned about the election and finally realizes Nov. 6 is not a likely slam-dunk victory for them. I find it sad that the election has spiraled into a negative verbal slugfest, although given what is at stake, I understand the temptation for both sides to engage in such extreme banter. America saw the true character of each candidate during the debate on Wednesday night, and the debate convinced me I am making the right choice in Mitt Romney.

The Obama campaign continues to repeat the same tired, worn-out rhetoric that Mr. Romney doesn’t have a specific plan for the economy or job creation, and it has now devolved into calling him a liar. I think this is a losing strategy for the Democrats, and the polls seem to bear that out. However, with the volatility and fluctuation in the polls, it is also becoming more and more difficult to put a lot of stock in them. Nevertheless, I am convinced that the country needs an experienced, proven manager — someone who can lead us out of this economic malaise. Mr. Romney has demonstrated that he is the best person for the job.
