Among other things, Mitt Romney was cited as not being “cool” enough to win the presidency. I was not aware that coolness qualifies or disqualifies one’s platform.

Personally, I thought Mr. Romney was far cooler than Joe Biden, or even President Obama, for that matter. True, he did not “party like a rock star” to solicit the support of the Hollywood elite. Could lack of self-esteem be the reason Mr. Obama feels the need to constantly attach himself to a popular person or fad?

The exemplar of “cool” is Mr. Romney, as he dealt with the king of deception in three debates without the loss of posture or integrity.
