CAMBRIDGE, MASS. (AP) - Harvard was given a No. 12 seed in the NCAA tournament and has drawn a first-round matchup with Vanderbilt in Albuquerque, N.M.

The Crimson (26-4) will make their first trip to the tournament since 1946.

Harvard won its first-ever outright Ivy League title. Last year, the Crimson shared the conference crown with Princeton and lost to the Tigers in a one-game tiebreaker for the right to the Ivy NCAA berth.

Vanderbilt went 23-10 and finished in second place of the Southeastern Conference.
