MIAMI (AP) - Heat guard Dwyane Wade will be a game-time decision for Wednesday’s matchup against Indiana because of a sore left foot.

Wade did not participate in Miami’s shootaround practice Wednesday morning. He has been bothered by the foot issue for the last several days, and Heat coach Erik Spoelstra says the team wants to avoid making the problem worse.

Spoelstra says Wade will try to get loose before Wednesday’s game, and that the decision will hinge in part on pain tolerance.

Miami played back-to-back games on Sunday and Monday, and starts another back-to-back against the Pacers.

Wade is averaging 18.8 points and 6.5 assists through the season’s first six games for Miami.
