OPINION:
With its lack of concern for the world or local communities, neither Ron Paul’s libertarianism nor the tenets of the Libertarian Party represents the Judeo-Christian faith.
Instead, Mr. Paul in his previous writings, speeches and publications has expressed a view not only foreign to our Founding Fathers but to members of all faiths.
Mr. Paul’s proposals are neither in the national mainstream, nor do they have much regard for any government. They rely on a go-it-alone attitude in a world where interdependency is a must. Mr. Paul’s philosophy may have been appropriate in the era of the caveman but not in our modern world.
