Congratulations, fellow Republicans. You may have finally discovered a path to finding an electable candidate to compete against President Obama (“Santorum sweep: Wins Missouri, Minnesota, Colorado,” Web, Tuesday).

In Colorado, Minnesota and Missouri, Rick Santorum won handily. A continuation of this trend of splitting the delegate totals may facilitate a brokered convention, which could result in the selection of a candidate who can stand a chance against President Obama. Meanwhile, it would also inspire Republicans to vote in the general election rather than stay home, so conservatives would not be surrendering to Mr. Obama.
