Hamlin expecting 1st child with girlfriend

LONG POND, PA. (AP) - NASCAR driver Denny Hamlin and his girlfriend are expecting their first child.

Hamlin made the announcement Friday at Pocono Raceway. The baby is due in January.

Hamlin says marriage is not in the immediate plans. He says, “there’s no reason to rush into it.”
