METAIRIE, LA. (AP) - The New Orleans Saints have changed their practice schedule and travel plans with Tropical Storm Isaac heading for the Gulf Coast.

Interim coach Joe Vitt canceled practice and meetings on Monday to allow players to evacuate their families. The Saints also called the Cincinnati Bengals and got approval to use their Paul Brown Stadium facilities this week.

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis said the Saints will be flying into town and could hold a joint practice with the Bengals. Cincinnati heads to Indianapolis for its final preseason game on Thursday night. New Orleans plays at Tennessee on Thursday.

The arrangement allows the Saints to leave the Gulf before the storm hits.

The Saints also visited Ohio to play the Hall of Fame game against Arizona earlier this month in Canton.
