JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Free agent receiver Lee Evans signed a one-year deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars, upgrading the team’s weakest position and giving it a potential deep threat.

Evans spent seven seasons with the Buffalo Bills (2004-10) and was with the Baltimore Ravens last year. Evans has 381 receptions for 6,008 yards and 43 touchdowns in 118 games.

GIANTS: New York signed defensive back Antwaun Molden, who appeared in all 19 games for New England last season, making two starts. He had a career-high 28 tackles with two interceptions.

BENGALS: Cincinnati agreed to contracts with long snapper Clark Harris and safety Jeromy Miles. Harris was a restricted free agent after spending the last two-plus seasons with the Bengals. He has 395 snaps on punts and place kicks without incident. The Bengals had exclusive rights with Miles after offering him a tender. He led the special teams in tackles last season.
