FOXBOROUGH, MASS. (AP) - Tom Brady took drastic action after throwing four interceptions in a single game.
He had his hair cut.
The celebrity quarterback whose locks have gone from short to shaggy _ even Justin Bieber-like _ in his 12 NFL seasons was freshly shorn for his weekly meeting with the media Wednesday. Just three days earlier, Brady made some costly throws in New England’s first loss, 34-31 loss at the Buffalo Bills. Brady, who threw for 940 yards in his other two games, even had an interception returned for a touchdown.
On Wednesday, he wore a Patriots cap during the media session and in the locker room, but his hair no longer was flowing out of it. The husband of supermodel Gisele Bundchen wasn’t asked about his new, closely cropped look.
The famously fashion-challenged coach Bill Belichick would prefer that Brady cut his interceptions.
