Meanwhile, the Colts fell to 0-6 for the fifth time in franchise history. … Green Bay’s Aaron Rodgers had a 119.6 quarterback rating in the Packers’ 24-3 win over St. Louis to become the first player in NFL history with a rating of 110 or more in each of the first six weeks to start a season. … New Orleans’ Drew Brees threw for 383 yards in the Saints’ 26-20 loss at Tampa Bay, becoming the first player in NFL history with 350-plus yards in four straight games. He has also completed at least 20 passes in an NFL-record 26 consecutive games. … Buffalo has scored at least 20 points in six straight games this season, the Bills’ longest run since 2006.
STREAKS
Jacksonville’s 17-13 loss at Pittsburgh on Sunday was its fifth straight, matching the franchise’s longest in a decade. … Detroit lost for the first time this season, falling 25-19 to San Francisco and ending the Lions’ streak of nine straight regular-season victories dating to last season. The NFC West-leading 49ers have won five of their first six for the first time since 1998. … Houston was held without a score on its opening drive in a 29-14 loss at Baltimore for the first time since the season opener against Indianapolis.
PERFECT PACKERS
Aaron Rodgers threw for three touchdowns, including a career-long 93-yarder to Jordy Nelson, and the Green Bay Packers improved to 6-0 with a 24-3 victory over the St. Louis Rams on Sunday. With Sunday’s loss by NFC North rival Detroit, the Packers are the last unbeaten team left in the NFL this season. Green Bay is also the seventh defending Super Bowl champ to start 6-0.

San Francisco and Chicago (last week) combined for 14 false starts at Detroit, matching Houston’s record from 2004 for the most false starts by visiting teams in back-to-back games since 1991, according to STATS LLC.
SHAKY SITUATION
San Francisco’s Jim Harbaugh charged across the field, lifting his shirt to expose his belly to attempt a chest bump after the 49ers topped Detroit 25-19 on Sunday, and then extended his right hand to Lions coach Jim Schwartz for a shake and slapped him on the back with his left hand. Schwartz didn’t like what was done or said _ claiming he heard an expletive _ and went charging after Harbaugh. The NFL said it will review the incident.
UNHAPPY HOMECOMING
Carolina rookie quarterback Cam Newton, who grew up just a few miles south of the Georgia Dome, threw for 237 yards and took off on a 14-yard touchdown run that put the Panthers (1-5) ahead of Atlanta 17-14 on Sunday heading to the final quarter. He even celebrated with Deion Sanders’ high-step dance in the end zone, but the homecoming turned sour. Newton finished 21 of 35, but was picked off three times, and the Falcons won 31-17.
MILESTONES
With New England’s 20-16 victory over Dallas on Sunday, Tom Brady and Bill Belichick joined Miami’s Dan Marino and Don Shula as the winningest quarterback-coach duo since 1966 with 116 victories. Brady also moved into eighth place in NFL history with 276 touchdown passes, one more than Vinny Testaverde. … Pittsburgh’s Hines Ward caught three passes for 47 yards in the Steelers’ 17-13 win over Jacksonville to move past Michael Irvin and into 19th place on the yards receiving list. Ward now has 11,939 yards. … With his first-quarter sack of Houston’s Matt Schaub, Baltimore’s Ray Lewis became the first player in NFL history with 40 sacks and 30 INTs.

Every facet of the silver and black came together one last time to honor Raider Nation’s late king, Al Davis. Fans decked out in spikes, war paint and bandanas. Former players and coaches gathered in suits and sweats. Rappers Ice Cube and MC Hammer stood along the sideline in traditional Raiders garb. Jason Campbell, the Raiders’ starting quarterback, broke his right collarbone in the 24-17 win over the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. He landed hard on his shoulder after being hit at the end of a scramble by Cleveland linebackers Chris Gocong and Scott Fujita with about 4 minutes remaining in the half. … New Orleans coach Sean Payton will have surgery Monday after tearing the MCL and fracturing the tibia in his left leg following a collision on the sideline of New Orleans’ 26-20 loss to Tampa Bay. … Pittsburgh safety Troy Polamalu left in the fourth quarter of the Steelers’ 17-13 victory over Jacksonville with “concussion-like symptoms.” Bears wide receiver Devin Hester left Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings because of a chest injury after scoring two long touchdowns. Chicago also lost tight end Kellen Davis to an elbow injury. Minnesota lost center John Sullivan and safety Jamarca Sanford to concussions. Sullivan was on the field for the Vikings’ first series in the third quarter and then left the game. Sanford left midway through the quarter.
