OPINION:
With each passing day, it becomes more obvious that the Occupy Wall Street gatherings so beloved by the liberal mainstream media are a phenomenon Karl Marx might have describe as a natural byproduct of “decadent” capitalist societies under economic stress.
Marx was a man whose father famously failed to hug him enough, a fact the world has come to regret.
For college students, it turns out that majoring in fields such as those celebrating French literature or social grievances won’t necessarily translate into good jobs. What a surprise. Nevertheless, partisan operatives may just find the “occupiers” fleetingly useful in helping deflect attention away from a failed presidency and its bankrupt economic policies.
