KANSAS CITY, MO. (AP) - Kansas City catcher Matt Treanor and manager Ned Yost have been ejected for arguing balls and strikes in the seventh inning of the Royals’ game against the St. Louis Cardinals.
Treanor was thrown out by home plate umpire Angel Camps on Sunday as the Cardinals batted in the top of the inning. Yost then came out to argue and was ejected, too. It is the third career ejection for Treanor and the 23rd for Yost.
