MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The Minnesota Timberwolves have drafted Lithuanian forward Donatas Motiejunas (doh-NAH-tahs moe-tee-YOU-nus) with the 20th overall pick.

Motiejunas is a 7-footer who averaged 12.8 points for Benetton Treviso in Italy last season. The 20-year-old likes to shoot from the outside, making him a tweener, much like Kevin Love, Michael Beasley and No. 2 overall pick Derrick Williams.

That means Motiejunas could be on the move. The Timberwolves went into the draft looking to trade for a veteran center or shooting guard.

They dangled the No. 2 pick, but wound up taking Williams out of Arizona. Timberwolves President David Kahn said he wasn’t going to trade Williams, meaning Motiejunas could be dealt.
