LETTER TO THE EDITOR: Killing a fetus is murder, too

OPINION:

If a woman hires someone to kill her 3-year-old child, she is a murderer. However, if she hires someone to kill the 3-month-old fetus she is carrying, she is innocent of any crime.

A person’s life begins at conception. So why isn’t a fetus treated as a person under law?
