President Obama has finally decided to throw away all pretense and admit he believes he should be making unilateral decisions for all of us.

His zeal for dismissing Congress as being even remotely necessary has become so obvious to any rational American that most just snicker at his decrees. His recent speech in Kansas and his comments on radio in Colorado Springs, Colo., should remove what little doubt America had left regarding the contents of his heart and his agenda. Liberty in America, already seriously in jeopardy for decades, is now under a full frontal assault from the progressive movement.

The only hope left now lies with the individual voter come November. With the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act, the linkage between law enforcement and the military is complete. Mr. Obama will have the national police force he has wanted since his inauguration and Americans are only a hair’s breadth away from being subjects again. Personal property and privacy are compromised and Mr. Obama, through his health surrogates, will even decide when we lose our value as human beings.
