In Week 15, the Washington Redskins visited the New York Giants and appeared to be the team playing for a playoff spot. The defense flustered Giants quarterback Eli Manning all day, intercepting him three times as his receivers made a number of key drops. The offense also made enough plays to get by, overcoming two early interceptions from Rex Grossman. In the end, the Redskins dominated the Giants in a stunning 23-10 victory, capping their first season sweep of New York since 1999.
