NEW YORK (AP) - Criminal investigations are the oxygen of prime-time network television these days. Actress Dana Delany is the most recent person to find out.

Her new show, “Body of Proof,” finished in the Nielsen Co.’s top 10 last week for its debut episode.

Only CBS’ “Hawaii Five-0” had more viewers this season for its first show. The Nielsen Co. said it was ABC’s most-watched week since November, with the exception of Oscars week.

A new CBS show, “Chaos,” had less than half the audience of “Body of Proof.”

Still, CBS easily won the week behind its regular shows, the Academy of Country Music Awards on Sunday and the Kentucky-Connecticut NCAA semifinal on Saturday.
