President Obama’s budget speech April 13 is instructive, for beyond its superficial and insulting attempt to obfuscate the truth is the president’s acknowledgment that he cannot con the nation into following him on his path to economic ruin.

His only recourse is to raise the tyrant’s rant - divisive and emotive calls to attack the “rich” because they have not paid their “fair share.”

It seems it is Mr. Obama’s hope in this parallel reality that he succeeds coloring House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan’s common-sense solution as a trick.

Mr. Obama is running on vapors and, as recent poll numbers show, fewer and fewer people believe in him. No measure of demagoguery or erecting “rich” enemies as straw men can hide the truth: We are all the enemy in this man’s eyes.
