PARIS (AP) - Jude Law and Uma Thurman are among the eight-member jury of this year’s Cannes Film Festival.

Robert De Niro will preside over the rest of the judges at the 64th Cannes Festival that starts next month. Among those that will also be judging the movies are Argentina’s actress and producer Martina Gusman, Chinese producer Nansun Shi and Norwegian critic and writer Linn Ullmann.

Festival organizers said Law and Thurman will also be joined by French director Olivier Assayas, Chadian director Mahamat Saleh Haroun _ winner of Cannes’ 2010 Jury Prize _ and Hong Kong director Johnny To.

The May 11-22 festival features 19 films in competition for the Palme d’Or.
