NEW YORK (AP) - In a Sept. 28 story about a court hearing on drug charges against rapper Kid Cudi, The Associated Press, relying on information provided by Manhattan prosecutors, erroneously reported that Cudi pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.
The Manhattan district attorney’s office said Thursday that a judge adjourned the case against Cudi and said the charge would be dismissed if Cudi stays out of trouble for six months and performs two days of community service.
