INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Colts receiver Reggie Wayne is willing to bide his time in Indianapolis.

He’d just like to join other receivers getting big paydays.

On Friday, Wayne publicly congratulated longtime friend Andre Johnson for signing a two-year extension this summer and Dallas receiver Miles Austin, who signed a long-term deal that is reportedly worth about $54 million.

Wayne would like a new contract himself.

The four-time Pro Bowler skipped all the team’s offseason mini-camps this spring and summer in an effort to renegotiate. Wayne still has two years remaining on the $39 million contract he signed four years ago.
