GREEN BAY, WIS. (AP) - The Green Bay Packers have placed linebacker Brandon Chillar and tight end Spencer Havner on season-ending injured reserve.
Chillar, considered the team’s best linebacker in pass coverage, hurt his shoulder in Sunday’s loss at Atlanta. He played in eight games with one start this season, posting 18 tackles, a sack and an interception.
Havner, who played for the Packers in 2008 and 2009, began this season with Detroit but was cut and re-signed with the Packers on Nov. 12. He injured his hamstring Sunday.
The Packers now have 13 players on injured reserve.
