INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - The Indianapolis Colts have lost two straight meaningful regular-season games for the first time since October 2008. They have lost three games in November for the first time since 2001, and they will win fewer than 12 games for the first time since 2002.
That’s not even the worst part.
Even Peyton Manning is struggling. The four-time league MVP has thrown seven interceptions in two weeks for the first time in his career.
The reeling Colts are still tied with Jacksonville atop the AFC South and coach Jim Caldwell is hoping to get some help this week with a handful of banged-up starters finally expected to return to action.
