NEW YORK (AP) - CBS has notched another weekly win in prime-time viewership.

That makes seven times in the 9-week-old season that CBS has been on top, according to the Nielsen Co. ratings service.

Meanwhile, CBS says it will log its 10th straight victory in the November sweep period, which ends Wednesday. Its winning streak in that competitive ratings period began in 2001.

Last week, the most-watched show was NBC’s broadcast of the NFL game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. It was seen by more than 23 million viewers. The two editions of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars” ranked second and fifth.

Otherwise, CBS dominated the Top 15.

Among the evening newscasts, NBC’s “Nightly News” was on top, as usual.
