The black klan

OPINION:

J. Christian Adams, a former Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney, is blowing his we-the-people whistle on DOJ (Devils Oblivious to Justice) after it dropped all charges against the members of the New Black Panther Klan who were blatantly and irrefutably guilty of voter intimidation in Philadelphia in 2008.

The egregious, craven tactics of the New Black Panther Party Klan were caught on video. One of the racist punks is carrying a pipe or stick of some type with the clear intent of intimidating voters attempting to enter the Philadelphia voting location. Dumb power, baby.

The facts about the New Black Panther Klan and its voter-intimidation tactics are very alarming - not surprising, but very alarming. In fact, they are so alarming and irrefutable that a federal court, after reams of powerful evidence was reviewed, delivered a default order against the Panther punks on April 20, 2009. Amazingly, just a couple of weeks later, Justice dropped the case against three of the punks, stating that the “facts and law” did not “support the case.”

That decision was dumb and gave just cause for serious suspicion.

Mr. Adams has told Fox News that even after an open-and-shut case was fortified with corroborative eyewitness testimony and clear audio and video evidence, an Obama appointee ordered the Justice Department to no longer bring lawsuits on voter rights cases in which the defendant is black.

A department spokesman stated that Mr. Adams’ claims are baseless.

Whether you believe Mr. Adams or not, the smoke swirling around this case gives serious pause to question whether racist flames are being fanned at the department.

Decisions such as these give an objective and fair-minded person such as me reason to pause. Where there is smoke there usually is fire.

And there have been plenty of smoke signals from the Obama camp since it took over.

You may recall that before Justice dropped the charges against the Panther thugs, Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. stated during his first major speech at the department, during Black History Month, “When it comes to race, [America] continues to be, in many ways, essentially a nation of cowards.”

Mr. Holder did not give any specifics to substantiate his comments, which caused many Americans to think his remarks were fanning the flames of racism - including yours truly, the Motown Madman, carrier of the mighty Funkbrother torch.

President Obama then waded into the racial rapids in another matter by jumping to conclusions and siding with his black professor buddy who rightfully had been arrested by a white Cambridge, Mass., cop for resisting arrest. Turns out the facts did not support Mr. Obama’s initial statements. The uproar over this racially charged situation caused the president to invite the white arresting officer and his black professor buddy to the White House for beers. So very presidential.

Moreover, before he was elected president, for more than 20 years, Mr. Obama and his family attended a church run by a maniacally racist minister who preached black racist theology. Mr. Obama quit the church when an ungodly, damning video of his racist minister came to light, unbelievably claiming he had missed the Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s viciousness all those years. Yeah, right, and “Wango Tango” is a love song.

Are there racist flames here? That’s for you to decide.

I want the truth. My gut tells me there is enough evidence supporting Mr. Adams’ claims, certainly by the past decisions and actions at Justice. His claims require, at a minimum, further independent investigation to determine if there are racist punks at Justice who advocate implementing racist policies. Let’s lay the cards on the table and deal with the facts instead of supposition.

To add immediate and substantial merit to his claims, Mr. Adams should give more information about the Obama political appointees who ordered Justice to cease bringing charges of voter fraud when the defendant is black. I am well aware of the standard “no snitch” modus operandi of gangs across the country, but we nonetheless deserve more details about these racist punks and what they said so we can bring charges and fire any anti-justice Fedzillacrats.

As a proud, dedicated protege of my hero, the czaress of defiance, Rosa Parks, and as someone who has been unjustly labeled a racist by bottom-feeding, race-baiting human scum, I say if you are going to level the ugly charge of racism against someone, be prepared to back it up with facts or shut up. That means you, Mr. Adams.

The New Black Panther Party and the Ku Klux Klan are racist brothers in arms. The only difference between the two is the hue of their skin. The stench is the same. Both attract flies. The world would be much better off if gravity failed beneath the feet of the ignorant members of both racist organizations and they floated off the planet.

The last vestige of a true racist is someone who viciously and without facts claims others are racists in order to mask his or her own racist ideologies.

These are soulless human debris who grovel in the gutter of humanity.

Job 1 for participating we-the-people Americans is to spotlight cockroaches and follow through till they are stomped out of society. Spot and stomp, America. No more BPPK.
