ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) - The Buffalo Bills will be blacked out on local television for the third time this year after failing to sell out Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns by the NFL deadline.

The blackout covers a 75-mile radius.

The Bills (2-10) loss to Jacksonville on Oct. 10 and win over Detroit on Nov. 14 were also not sellouts.

The Browns (5-7) have won two straight, and four of their last six after a 1-5 start.
